What we are.
techsolss is an independent consultancy focused on the engineering work behind DevOps, MLOps, and AI products. We work primarily with startups and scaleups — teams that have shipped a product, hit real load, and now need the platform underneath it to grow up.
We are deliberately small. That means we can’t take on every project, and we don’t try to. We pick work where we can ship something measurable in 4–12 weeks and then hand it over with documentation a new hire could follow.
What we’re honest about.
We’re not a Big 4 consultancy. We don’t have a Fortune 500 logo wall. We don’t promise “digital transformation.”
What we do have is a track record of getting specific engineering problems solved — a CI pipeline migrated, a Kubernetes cluster hardened, a RAG system shipped, a cloud bill cut. Honest scope, honest pricing, and a written handover at the end.

Boring is a compliment
We prefer the tool with five years of community knowledge over the one launched at last quarter’s conference. Your platform should be the dullest part of your stack.
Vendor-neutral
We don’t get referral fees. If Azure is wrong for you, we’ll say so — even if it’s the cloud we’re most fluent in.
Write things down
If a decision isn’t in your repo or wiki, it didn’t happen. Every engagement leaves behind ADRs your team can read in six months.
Production over pretty
A rough system that runs is worth more than a polished one that doesn’t. We optimise for shipping first, refactoring second.
