Who we are
This site is operated by techsolss, an independent consultancy. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means techsolss. You can reach us at the contact details in the contact page.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and improve the site.
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, or email us, you send us your name, email, optional company and phone number, and the message you write. We store these in our contact-management tooling and our email inbox.
- Information collected automatically. Our analytics tool records standard, anonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate country, referring site, browser and device type. We do not log IP addresses to personally identifiable records.
- Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies and local-storage entries strictly to remember whether you have dismissed our newsletter prompt. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
What we don’t collect
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not build profiles of you across other sites.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to:
- Reply to your enquiry.
- Schedule and run consulting work, if that’s where the conversation goes.
- Send you newsletters or follow-up emails, if you’ve opted in.
- Understand which pages of the site are useful so we can write more of them.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the third parties needed to run this site:
- Form-handling provider (Web3Forms) — delivers your form submissions to our inbox.
- Analytics provider (Google Analytics) — processes anonymised usage data.
- Email provider — stores the emails you send us.
- Booking provider (Cal.com) — manages call scheduling.
Each of these has its own privacy practices. We pick vendors that take privacy seriously, but we don’t control their internals.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as is reasonable to manage our relationship with you, and at least until you ask us to delete them. Inactive records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer relevant.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Stop sending you newsletters (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, but you can also ask us directly).
Email any of these requests to the address on the contact page and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the page for at least 30 days.
