Muhammad Ramzan

Founder of techsolss. DevOps, MLOps and AI consultant.

About

I run techsolss, an independent consultancy focused on DevOps, MLOps, and AI engineering. The work is hands-on: I’m the engineer in your repos and your cloud during an engagement, not a partner who hands you off to a junior on day three.

I work primarily with startups and scaleups — teams that have shipped a product, hit real load, and now need the platform underneath it to grow up. Most engagements run 4–12 weeks with a fixed scope and price, and end with documentation your team owns.

What I work on

  • DevOps & platform engineering. CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes hardening, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Bicep, observability stacks, cloud cost audits.
  • MLOps & data platforms. Model deployment pipelines, MLflow and Prefect setups, drift monitoring, taking ML from notebooks into reliable services.
  • AI product development. RAG over your data, LLM integration with OpenAI/Anthropic/self-hosted models, eval frameworks, cost-aware prompt design.

Where I work

Based in Pakistan (UTC+5). I work with teams globally and have meaningful overlap with European, Middle Eastern, and US East Coast working hours. Asynchronous communication where it helps; on a call when it doesn’t.

What I write about

On the techsolss blog I publish honest, specific writing about the trade-offs engineering leaders actually face — the cost of migrating to Kubernetes at small scale, how to think about MLOps tooling for a five-person team, when to hire a fractional consultant versus a full-time platform engineer. No marketing fluff, no fabricated metrics, just what I’d tell a friend asking the question over coffee.
